Ground
Delivery occurs in 7 to 14 business days after processing begins, pending availability and credit card verification. Please note that the items are made after you place your order, so please allow 7 to 14 days for us to manufacture your items. Please allow additional processing time during promotional events. Ground delivery to Hawaii and parts of Alaska may take more than 14 business days. You may choose to select Two Business Day or Next Business Day air services for expedited delivery. At this time we do not offer Saturday delivery.
Two Business Day
Delivery occurs in 7 business days after processing begins, pending availability and credit card verification.
Next Business Day
Delivery occurs the next business day after manufacturing/processing of your item(s) are completed, unless it is a readily stocked item (excluding holidays) if placed by 12PM ET, pending availability and credit card verification.
Same Day
Delivery occurs the same day if placed by 12PM PST Monday-Friday or by 10AM PST on Saturday if the product is in stock, otherwise, pending product availability and credit card verification. If the product is not available, the order will be placed manufacturing/processing into the front of the queue. Signature required. Same Day Delivery is not available on Sundays, Holidays and may be temporarily unavailable. Not valid on orders containing pre-order items.
Please note a customer signature is required for all same day deliveries.
Same Day Delivery is only available for orders placed on bon---choix.com.
Processing Time:
Same Day, Next Business Day and Two Business Day orders are given top priority.
For Same Day shipments:
- Orders placed Monday-Friday before 12PM PT will arrive between 5-8 PM PT after processing/manufacturing is completed (excluding holidays).
- Orders placed on Saturday before 10AM PT will arrive between 3-6 PM PT after processing/manufacturing is completed (excluding holidays).
- Same Day Delivery is not available for orders placed on Sunday and may be temporarily unavailable.
For Next Business Day shipments:
- Orders placed Monday-Friday before 12PM PT will begin processing/manufacturing that day (excluding holidays).
- Orders placed after 12PM PT will begin processing/manufacturing the next business day (excluding holidays).
- Orders placed after 12PM PT on Friday will begin processing/manufacturing the following Monday (excluding holidays).
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
TO INITIATE AN EXCHANGE DUE TO WRONG SIZING, PLEASE VIEW INSTRUCTIONS BELOW.
IN ORDER TO EXCHANGE AN ITEM, THE ITEMS MUST SATISFY ALL OF THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS:
1. ALL MERCHANDISE, INCLUDING SALE ITEMS, MUST BE EXCHANGED WITHIN 20 DAYS OF THE ORIGINAL DATE DELIVERED TO THE SHIPPING ADDRESS.
2. THE MERCHANDISE MUST BE UNWORN, IN FULLY SALEABLE CONDITION AND WITH ALL TICKETS INCLUDING THE BON CHOIX TICKET, AND ANY OTHER LABELS OR TAGS AFFIXED TO THE ORIGINAL MERCHANDISE.
3. THE MERCHANDISE MUST NOT BE ALTERED IN ANY WAY.
PLEASE EXERCISE EXTREME CARE WHEN TRYING ON GARMENTS. ONLY MERCHANDISE THAT IS UNWORN, UNALTERED, AND IN FULLY SALEABLE CONDITION WITH ALL TICKETS AND ANY OTHER LABELS, OR TAGS AFFIXED TO THE ORIGINAL MERCHANDISE WILL BE ACCEPTED FOR EXCHANGE. ALL ACCESSORIES (INCLUDING ALL BELTS, SLIPS, CHAINS, STRAPS, AND ANY OTHER INCLUDED OR ATTACHED ACCESSORIES) MUST BE INCLUDED AND BE UNALTERED, UNDAMAGED, AND IN FULLY SALEABLE CONDITION TO BE ACCEPTED FOR AN EXCHANGE.
